Generator fix i wanted to share

Generator battle 2016... Kohler 5e would stop running after about 10 minutes. 9 hours later after plugs, fuel filters, diesel valve cleaning, choke tune up, coolant flush, new impeller only to find out the last a$$h0Le (yes a certified mechanic) to service the generator didn't tighten the 3 screws on the flame arrest... unbelievable.... running like a champ now for an hour solid. Right on the flame arrest it says not effective unless all screws are tight. This is why I never pay someone to do something I can do myself, it gets done right. Hope this helps someone else.
