Volvo oil/water leak

My 2004 Volvo 5.7L Osi is dripping a combination of oil and water from underneath the front of the engine, Would appreciate any info on tracking down the source.

sounds like a front seal...

front seal, oil pan, or dripping down the sides of the rocker covers.. in that order of liklyhood

Found 2 culprits:  1- Oil pan gasket

                              2- Timing case cover gasket 

Note: Timing case cover oil seal OK.
