Thinking about buying a 1999 Rinker Fiesta Vee 270! But one big problem...

The boat is in great shape inside and out and the price is right, but there is one big issue and I'm not sure if I should walk away. There is a crack on the deck where the passenger lounge seat meets the deck. Seller says they get it checked every year before winter storage and is advised its not worth it to fix it and it is only cosmetic. I would get a survey done but there is a 2 week wait and I don't think the boat will be around. Thanks for the help! (Sorry posted in wrong category the first time).
