Guardian mode - AGAIN!

Well I had the engine scanned and my sea water temp sensor was bad. Replaced and it seemed to fix my problem. Out last night, ran 10 mins on a no wake river (temp at 160*). Got on plane, ran 5 mins at 165* then quickly moved to 170* and got a "block pressure alarm". Took the boat back in and the 10 min ride on the river temp at 160*. Back at the dock while the boat is idling at 165*. Took the following temp readings:
Thermostat housing: 165*
Starboard Riser: 89*
Starboard Manifold: 172*
Port Riser: 92*
Port Manifold: 168*
Are these numbers OK? What would cause a block pressure alarm? When I had the boat scanned they could not read block pressure

This is a temp sender.

Two different things.........
Under constant pressure from me a Mercury tech finally admitted that "some" the sensors they have been getting have problems. No sh*t. I had a number of them fail putting the boats into guardian mode.
One time we tried 2 sensors in a row. IMO they are cheap offshore garbage but they can shut down a $30K 502 magnum. I was furious.
To replace one water pressure sensor Mercury INSISTED that we replace the port engine raw water impeller. There were 40 hours on it @#$%^. We did that. It looked brand new. It was the sensor.
Then the starboard sensor read bad. They said again it HAS to be the impeller. I said FO and hung-up.
I then said to my tech I don't give a sh*t what the Mercury rep said - I own this boat and we're not taking it apart - replace the sensor. We replaced the sensor. All was well.
Maybe we have to carry spare sensors for water pressure and other sensors until Mercury ships better IMO product?
Mercury, beautiful engines - why IMO - questionable senders?
