How do I replace the nagivational wires below deck?

I have a 2003 34 ft. When installing new navigational lights I accidently pulled one wire out that was attached to some wire below deck. Need to know how I can get to the power wires below deck

How far below deck. I have done this and been able to make a hook in a length of coat hanger wire and "snag" them and fish them back. If not there may be access via the anchor locker on some models if not you may have to remove interior trim.
