First weekend as a Rinker owner

First weekend with the Rinker 310 is in the books.  My daughter and I had a great time. Got the shore power/drive lube issues worked out and had a great time on the lake.  Next up, bringing my wife and son down (lots of baseball tourneys to work around).  All I can say is Rinker makes a great boat!  Looking forward to making lots of family memories.

I bought the boat and the lift from my friend's dad who just hasn't used it enough in the last few years.  He still owns the slip and is kindly letting me keep it there. I've been on it many times since he bought it new.  Very little use for a 2000, under 180 hrs.  It's been in that same covered slip on that same lift since new and Marinemax has serviced it every year.  With all that, I still had quite a laundry list of issues and upgrades, but not too bad. @shawnmjr to answer your question, the annual dock assessment is less than $800 so it's a great deal.  Each slip even has a separate covered dining/entertainment area. Gonna try to get back out this weekend with the whole family.
