How to remove aft thrust hub from prop

I removed my Bravo 3 props today and found the aft thrust hub stuck in the aft prop.  I tried to pull it out with my fingers but it wouldn't move.  Any suggestion for removing it?

I used a punch and hammer to gently tap from the inside aft end.  After 3 or 4 light taps the thrust hub released from the prop.  No damage to the thrust hub.  In retrospect I should have used something plastic instead of the steel punch.
