I am guessing it does not, as I have removed every panel and searched high and low.  I was hoping to install a new Humminbird SI fish finder on my boat with ease. Any suggestion on where to get power? Should I use an existing accessory switch or make a new run with an in- line fuse?

Yes the smaller models including the 246 on down don't have fuse panels.   Not sure if the 276 even has one.

For or the power on mine I ran from the power output side of the battery switch up to the helm with an inline fuse.  I didn't go direct to battery because I wanted everything to have no power except the safety stuff (bilge pump, etc) when I tune the switch off.

The boat has mostly breakers and a few fuses by the battery.

I'd recommend using one of your spare accessory switches, especially if the 226 has a corresponding breaker on the dash for the switch.  That's cleaner than going direct.
