Galley faucet repair or replacement (2003 270FV)

Is it possible to remove the handles of the galley faucet and rebuild?  If so, how?  My hot side knob leaks whenever I open it up.  It seems like the valve packing needs to be tightened or replaced.  Also, what is the make of this faucet?

There might be a screw under the red dot to remove the chrome knob. Maybe then you can access the valve.

Actually, I believe they just screw off twisting them.  I've had the problem just finding a replacement valve.  I have one that drips in the galley (moved it there from a different sink) & can't seem to find a replacement valve.

I found what appears to be this faucet but it made by Ambassador Marine.  The following link shows the handles removing as @aero3113 suggests.  There are also part numbers listed for the hot and cold valves (ceramic disk cartridges).
