I bought a used Fiesta Vee 250, year 2005, Mercuriuser 5.0 MPI, 260 hp, gear ratio 2.2, Bravo 3 Drive. Which propeller pitch is original here? Currently there are 20" propeller in use. For cruise speed I need 3700-3800 rpm. To much?

I'm sure someone else will chime in here, but 3700-3800 for cruising speed is pretty normal, as long as that is not your Wide Open Throttle... I'm thinking you might see a suggestion for as much as 22p but I have a different engine so don't put any weight to that until someone else jumps in here...

I would probably shoot Mercury an email with your drive serial. They will be able to tell you for sure. Not that it matters but I have a 6.2L 280 with the 20P. Seem to have a good balance of hole shot and overall cruising speed

3700-3800 rpm I need to planing in cruising speed. Full speed is 4800 rpm. 22p will go, but the start is difficult when more than 2 people on board. Correct?

LOL I think you're referring to planing. If you drop down to 20P you will have better hole shot yes
