stripped bolts

I have a 1996 212 captiva and the seat pedestal bolts and or nuts are stripped out.  Has anyone delt with this issue and if so how did you fix it..

I did deal with this on another boat, not a Rinker.  Your choices are limited, you can spin the pedestal and put the screws back in and hope they hold or you can start cutting out flooring and find out how much of it is rotten.  If the wood floor is still solid and the shavings look dry when you drill a hole in it, then just spin the pedestal or move it a couple inches forward or back, depending.  Use some really hefty screws (fattest ones that will fit in the holes), drill starter holes first, then coat your screws with 3M 4200 and drill them down tight.
