2005 Rinker Fiesta Vee 320 Not taking Fuel in right side tank??

Does anyone know what could cause the right side fuel tank to not take any fuel and spit it back out even though it has less than a half tank in it? I have tried putting fuel in very slow as well and still no luck. Ive heard it could be something with the vent hose being clogged or kinked which would makes sense but does anyone know where it is located? Thanks!!!

thats the vent hose
large diameter is the fill
it could have a screen type fitting for the vent or thru hull fitting. Screen type vents are known to get clogged by you name it.
