Mysterious water in bilge

I keep getting a gallon or so of water in my bilge after a few hours of cruising. I sucked it out with a vacuum and let the boat sit for almost 24 hours and no water just sitting in our slip. Then go for a cruise for a few hours and back to water in the bilge.
I had the bellows and gimbal ring replaced and swrviced over the winter.
I ran the boat in our slip to temp and saw no leaking signs from the motor.
The only signs of active water is a slow stream coming from the compartment that holds the gas tank. It's definitely water.

I have an extra long hose (bragging a little, I guess). The vac motor is above deck and I always run the blower before use as well as checking for petroleum sheen prior to suction. Not like some fellows down the way that used it to vac spilled gas and burned their boat to the water line (as well as themselves).
