Where is trim tab motor. someone said lower unit motor and trim tab motor are one. UGH

Should be on the "shelf" at the stern in the engine room.

Do you mean trim tabs or drive trim/raise motor? On my 2003 310 the trim tabs have electric actuators on each and the drives have their own hydraulic pump/motors in the bay as Stodge mentioned.

If the tabs are Lenco then they are electric. Each cylinder is an electric motor (kind of) and that is what operates the trim tab.
