have 34 rinker fiesta vee is there a fuse box panel I am not aware of

There is a breaker in the battery switch area.  Each engine may have an engine breaker (round red button) on it.  Otherwise I think you have them all.

Are you talking about 12vdc or 120vac? There are a bunch of 12vdc breakers under the staring wheel at the helm. In the cabin and with at the battery switch box. The 120vac in the cabin.
