New Rinker Pictures - 2017

The credit for this post belongs to another forum member who graciously sent me a picture of the helm of the new 2017 Rinker 370 EX. (I might have called it a 360 EX as I don't think the hull was lengthened - although I would like to see about 16" added to the length)

That got me digging on a number of fronts. If you wish to see more please "google" 2017 Rinker 370 EX. Then click on Rinker Boats - Facebook. There are pictures there - of a number of Rinkers.

Regarding the new Rinker 370 EX it looks, to me, like the helm of the 360 has been re-designed - in a good way.

I have been told there are some amazing new electronic/wifi/Bluetooth monitoring/stereo modifications on the way.....note the LED speaker up-grade!

I also spoke with some long time Mercury friends. There are some significant engine/drive specialty improvements on the horizon and I was told that Rinker will be one of the if not "the" first recipient of these.

I showed the pictures of the new 370 EX to the Admiral last night. She reached into my office desk, took out my check book, took me by the hand and said you are experiencing a break with reality, you had better get to bed - you need to get some sleep! ....but they have new electronics and led speakers....... :-(

P.S. This may be the Rinker 370 that Kim is going to take to the Fall boat shows...or it might just be going to some lucky new owner!

    Does it seem like the wheel is crammed to the right?  Either way gorgeous boat, I love the dark wood interior!

    Looks like the wheel is where it was on my 2014. Don't like where the joystick is - IMO should have gone right where the starboard cup holder is. Almost every new cruiser I see has the joystick mounted on either side of the steering wheel on the upper helm area. Even my 2013 Rinker EC 310 had the joystick factory mounted on the helm. I had to special order it moved to the helm on my 2014 EC 360. Best special order I made (on a long list) for the entire boat. Rinker seems stuck in a time warp with the 370 on this one. Anyone approaching 6' will have to bend over to reach it and won't have clear lines of sight anywhere. I would also like to see Rinker offer the E95 touchscreen/rotary control Hybrid GPS standard.

    I was surprised that they didn't use @Michael T 's axis placement when they updated the boat. Maybe a call to Kim or Steve is in order. I agree with MT, it should be up where the starboard cup holder is at. If I were to order a 370, I would request the same placement as MT's 360.

    If you go to the Rinker web site. You will a new line up, they are makeing a 270 again, but with 8.6 ft beam.

    It's a renamed 260.
