Installed vessel view 4, engines will not turn off independently.

    Update:  if only 1 junction box is in system without a can link between the boxes the symptom is the ignition becomes linked.

    Did you remove the can power from one of the engines?  I believe you can only have power from one engine.

    Dream,  mercruiser did not mention anything about disconnecting the can from one engine.  Do you have more info?

    Wildboating- whenever I have had issues with installing/using my VV4, the gateway or anything SmartCraft related I called Mercruiser. Kim was BY FAR the most helpful person I've ever dealt with. Maybe call them back and see if they can help out.

    I worked with William Lund today who told me I needed 2 separate j boxes with a can interlink cable.  All works fine minus the key hassel.
