Toilet issue

Toilet started to spit up while flushing, water spins fast and when it hits bottom it ejects back up.  I do not recall it ever doing this before.  Also, I have noticed stuff is not flushing down like it once did. Thanks for any advice.

    Replace the Joker valve too.

    I vote joker valve for the spitting. Cured mine.

    No kinks in waste lines? Tank relief vent not plugged? Of course, you have checked your waste tank and it is not nearing full - visual examination as sensors can be off a fair bit. No....

    Then, sounds like a blockage. Only marine toilet paper, right. BTW feminine hygiene products are death to these systems. We had a similar problem with our 2013 EC 310..... some nimrod had put several Kleenex tissues down the toilet and they had partially clogged the duck bill/joker valve. Same result.
