swim platform fenders

So this past weekend ran into some troubles leaving our slip with a stiff breeze and strong currents in the marina.
It's pretty tight quarters between my neighbor and I and it's hard to make a tight turn to exist the slip.

I lightly bumped my neighbors boat with the our 270's swim platform and I was thinking of putting some kind of fixed bumper / fender on the platform just in case.
