Winshield wiper motor on 2004 342 Rinker not working

 Wiper appears to be stuck. Any thoughts on replacement and, removal.
 Switch  light is on continually ,port wiper works fine

Replacing the starboard wiper motor is not hard to do.  I think you can reach it by removing a few of the headliner screws and pulling down the edge of the panel.  (At least, that's how I did it on my 370.)
