2005 Rinker 360 FV EC - Anchor Windlass not working.

When operating switch on helm, I only receive a loud solenoid click. Has been working fine all season.  I checked all fuses and breakers and nothing has popped.  Will voltage check from the windlass motor back to troubleshoot.  Requesting any assistance from anyone who has already experienced and solved this problem.

In addition to a breaker, mine has a toggle switch in addition to the up/down rocker switch.  Both need to be in the correct position for it to work.

Thanks Howardrams.  I will investigate the toggle switch to see if this corrects the problem.
