Rinker 350 2007 engines

Hi,
Friend of mine looking at a Rinker 350 2007 with Volvo 5.7 GXI dual prop. Is it enough power for a boat that size. There is also one with Mercruiser 8.1.

I own 2013 360ec with 8.2B3. That's way to go. I have achieved a top speed of 49 miles per hour with dealer when boat was empty and no antifouling.

The big blocks are the way to go. Now with full loads and antifouling I could get 45 miles .

ARE you kidding????? Have you read the post of a slip mates EC 350 with 377 MAGNUMS trying to get on and stay on plane????? Terrible gas mileage, on plane with load at 4600+ rpms.....a 5.7? LOL....HA, HA, HA!!!!! .....probably 5000rpms to stay on plane and blowing steam and oil out the exhaust manifolds! 496, 502 or he' s DEAD!!!!

Well, if he's French Canadian he'd NEVER be satisfied with anything other than big blocks. The French Canadian guys who own Marina Port Lewis ALWAYS put big blocks in every Rinker they could. French guys don' t like going slow!!!!
BTW Paul, I tried to send you an e.email from 
this condo in Florida but it has modem problems. Owner said it would be fixed in a day or two!
My answer..... Definitely big blocks for 350/360/370!!!!!!!
