CE Certificate & SOLAS Approved

I went to buy two inflatable life vest on Amazon
and they are CE Certificate & SOLAS Approved, not USCG.  Looks like these approvals are from other counties, like China.  Anyone know if these approvals are worth anything or should I stick with USCG only.

If they are not USCG approved, with the tag/marking on it too, don't bother. They won't count. 

CE is European
SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) is an off-shore standard. Originally from sailboat racing.

Thanks for the info. I have all the required safety equipment just looking for some automatic inflatables.  I'll go with the USCG.

Actually, I believe SOLAS came to be as a result of the Titanic sinking.
