Wires are so tight I can't even move them. This is under the helm.

They look like they are pinched pretty good. IMO if the wood or fiberglass flex at all they could get cut. Judging by the picture, not sure how you can relocate them.

If you can get in there with a drill drill a hole then use a saw-call to cut a relief out.

I saw this as one as running cables. Its just to the left of the hole when you remove the sub woofer.

Next problem. I saw this while underneath installing my transducer. It appears to be a factory screw up when installing the thru hull for the generator pick up. It is 12 inches away and right under the motor. It had a cap on it. Guess it fell off but it leaks like crazy. Going to glass over it.

That looks like a transducer for a depth finder. Both of mine were thru the hull. It looks like a bunk is resting on it.

No I remember a silght dome shaped plug Greg and the bunk broke it off

It was definitely done during construction and the rub rail screws just missed it

So the pinched wires have been that way for 10+ years?  Are you nuts -- don't mess with it.  Nothing good will come of it.

When I bought the boat it was never bottom painted. I thought it may be a transducer but there is nothing on the other side.

Nothing has been removed since I have owned the boat and that is not a tape mark. I remember seeing this last time the boat was on  land. It was a very low shaped dome. Al, where did they mount the original transducer for the small dash depth finder? Lowrance I think it was. My Furuno transducer was on the transom. My new lowrance transducer is on the transom as well.

It was the old transducer. I got it out and installed a bronze thru hull and a plug. Good thing I have 4 foot arms. wow!

Handy, any plans to completely fix that hole in the bottom of your boat?  A thru hull will make it float but it is creating extra drag on the boat and it is slow enough already!!!  LOL....what kind of "plug" you are talking about.  What a PITA...
