They look like they are pinched pretty good. IMO if the wood or fiberglass flex at all they could get cut. Judging by the picture, not sure how you can relocate them.

Next problem. I saw this while underneath installing my transducer. It appears to be a factory screw up when installing the thru hull for the generator pick up. It is 12 inches away and right under the motor. It had a cap on it. Guess it fell off but it leaks like crazy. Going to glass over it.
Nothing has been removed since I have owned the boat and that is not a tape mark. I remember seeing this last time the boat was on land. It was a very low shaped dome. Al, where did they mount the original transducer for the small dash depth finder? Lowrance I think it was. My Furuno transducer was on the transom. My new lowrance transducer is on the transom as well.
Handy, any plans to completely fix that hole in the bottom of your boat? A thru hull will make it float but it is creating extra drag on the boat and it is slow enough already!!! LOL....what kind of "plug" you are talking about. What a PITA...
