Battery charging.

I have 2 batteries...checked today and one battery is charging via alternator 14+ volts. The other battery doesn't seem to be charging.

Would that be an isolator problem?

could be but doubt it.   An isolator is just a big diode.  Does it get hot when the engine is running? its not supposed to od you have continuity on one side and resistance on the other?.   follow the alt wire. if it goes into the battery switch, its possible that some one wired the switch wrong.
