Electrical faliure radio/12V outlet - Rinker 232 CC

Hi guys,

Can someone help me with locating the fuse/problem to why my radio and 12V outlet don't work? Is there a fuse behind the panel somewhere? None of the popup fuses on the panels have been triggered. 

It's a Rinker 232 Captiva Cuddy 2005.

There is may be an in line fuse. To make sure the outlet itself hasn't failed - that's happened to me a number of times over the years - check for 12v before the outlet. Also check the wiring to it, particularly the ground.
