My guess is that the boat is pre-wired for a generator. The red and black are battery cables to feed the generator starter. The white plug is for a remote on/off switch.
IMO @LaRea has it. I have seen green cables that are not attached and called Rinker. I was told that those were grounds not needed in fresh water. I didn't like that too much and in several instances I connected them myself.
It is the prewire for the generator. The battery wires go to the starting battery where you will see them tied off and taped the same way. Like @LaRea stated, the white molex plug goes to the cabin AC panel in the cabin for the remote start/stop of the generator. There is also a white wire in the top of the first picture that is tied and taped off that is the AC feed for the switch in the cabin AC panel.
