Spiderweb cracks

To all - I am seriously considering purchasing this 1998 Captiva 232 with the 7.4L, but I am concerned with the spider web cracks shown in this pic around one of the snaps. Should I be? Is this an easy fix or could there be other unseen problems? Any info would be great. The rest of the boat is solid, but she could use a good cleaning. Thanks in advance

Those look surface but I agree with LaRea that the snap should be looked at closer. If that is epoxy because it was re drilled then it may be ok but if its silicone then its probably a shotty repair.07' Cruisers 390 (Previous Rinker's: 06' 342EC & 01' 310FV)
