Motor will not start

I had a leak from the block plug spraying water on the spark plugs causing the motor to turn off and not start. after replacing the block plug the motor turns over but will not start up and run.  Any help is well appreciated.

Are you sure the engine stopped from water spraying on the spark plugs? Seems like a significant amount of spray would be needed to cause the engine to shut off. The motor turning over i.e. not seized, is a good sign.
