Hi guys,

Winterizing soon with a 5 gallon bucket attached to water intake on my bravo 3. Should I open drain valves first to remove the water from engine or would that hinder the impeller from drawing the antifreeze into engine? thanks

I usually drain the water from my block and then suck the antifreeze in so it does not get diluted

I like to drain the block and then fill manually through the thermostat / exhaust manifold hoses.  Seems so much easier than having to deal with sucking it up and being confident it was done right.

That's just me.
