waterproofing

My mooring canvas is no longer waterproof. A couple of years ago I tried some type of spray on product but it didn't seem to work. You guys have any suggestions? Thanks for all your input lately.

I use 303 Protectant twice a season on my cover. I get the gallon jug thru Amazon and use a pump sprayer from Home Depot to apply the product.

+1 on using 303, although I've had good luck with the StarBrite version from WM.  It was a little cheaper and did a decent job.

Renovo works great but it's time consuming. You need to apply with a paint brush.

Warning:  be extremely careful about any overspray on deck surfaces.  Overspray can make the deck dangerously slippery.  Even the slightest hint of overspray must be removed completely (e.g., deck cleaner or other aggressive solvent).

I am still recovering from a bad fall I took in April after waterproofing my canvas.  The 20-inch bruises made for some interesting photos, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
