Did my top shrink?

I have a fairly new camper inclosure. I had the front part made summer before last (yes, summer did end even here in FL, 56 friggin degrees) and the back half was done finally in June. I brought it home for about a week and left it up which my guy said was a good idea. 4th of July I used it overnight no issues and then the boat broke down so for 3 months it was parked. The covers are stored flat in the midship bearth. It really stays pretty cool down underneath. I brought it home after we ran it last weekend to tinker a bit so I wanted to put up the enclosure....I can't get it on! Is there an order to put the parts on that pull the frame a certain direction? The only way I could pull the frame down to snap the sides was to undo the main pole where it mounts to the side- really odd! I don't know how anything could have been bent, does not looked bent-really stumped!

When it is cold, the tops are really tough to get on.

Yes they do shrink a little, especially the vinyl windows and the vinyl coated tops.07' Cruisers 390 (Previous Rinker's: 06' 342EC & 01' 310FV) -

I've had it out in the sun and has been warm all week. I'm not saying hard to get on, won't on unless I undo the sin poles on the front. I'm afraid it will tear it! ! -

Well, fudged around with it and got it. It must have shrunk a little but sounds normal, whew! -

Next time don't put it in in the morning when it's 56 at 8 am. Wait till 11am when it's 80. Lol
