Did my top shrink?

I have a fairly new camper inclosure. I had the front part made summer before last (yes, summer did end even here in FL, 56 friggin degrees) and the back half was done finally in June. I brought it home for about a week and left it up which my guy said was a good idea. 4th of July I used it overnight no issues and then the boat broke down so for 3 months it was parked. The covers are stored flat in the midship bearth. It really stays pretty cool down underneath. I brought it home after we ran it last weekend to tinker a bit so I wanted to put up the enclosure....I can't get it on! Is there an order to put the parts on that pull the frame a certain direction? The only way I could pull the frame down to snap the sides was to undo the main pole where it mounts to the side- really odd! I don't know how anything could have been bent, does not looked bent-really stumped!
