2004 342 questions - wiring, depth gauge, helm seat

Dear Rinker folks -
This is my 4th Rinker - started with a 1998 232, then a 2002 270, 2003 312, and now 2004 342.
I desperately need to see if the 2005 helm seat (which has the bolster) will fit my 2004, then can I buy one from Rinker (and how much$$) or if anyone has one for sale.
Wiring - I need to replace the radio, what is the best way to run wiring from the TV location in the cabin to the helm for the remote? Also, I need to run wiring from the radar arch to the helm, what is the best way for that?
Finally, the Lowrance 3500 gauge on the helm is failing, and no newer units seem to be compatible with the older transducer in the hull. Do you still have 3500's for sale, or can you source them?

When I purchased my 2002/342, the dealer I bought it through ordered a new bolster seat for me from Rinker. I think the cost was ~$800.00 but it has been worth it. Took the old one and made a double wide bar stool for the basement!
