Does anyone have a cockpit carpet layout for a 242 fiesta vee? I'm looking to install carpet on mine this winter and before I make my own template I thought I'd check to see if anyone already has one I could use.

A question to any current 242 owners that have cockpit carpet .... do you have one piece or 2? I'm thinking about having it cut into 2 pieces so that I can remove the engine hatch without having to remove the whole carpet. So basically I'll have the engine hatch covered in carpet as 1 piece and then the remaining floor covered in carpet as a separate piece. I don't currently have any carpet down so will be making my own template but just wanted some advice from you guys before I do. Some pics would be good if anyone has any.

My 2000 242 has 3 pieces, one small square by the swim platform, one small piece in the recess by the cabin door, and a solid piece covering the floor and engine cover. I have often thought of having the carpet cut, and snaps installed so I can open the engine hatch without pulling up the whole carpet.
