Port trim tab not working - where would you start?

Have the standard trim tab switch with the LED's.
- When I got the boat they both worked, verified out of water and in water...
- When engine was replaced, got it back and realized the port trim tab no longer worked, the one all the way up led still lights up, but the tab does not move and the other led's do not light up
- Stbd tab and leds work like normal.
Usually a fuse is the first place, but I'm assuming it's one fuse for both tabs right? Where would you start on this one ?

It will not work unless that wire is connected. The second is the actuator. test at the terminal block behind your new engine. You will find both actuators are wired up there. it could be somewhat concealed by the black outer tubing.Boat Name :
