Bravo Three X Seacore to Bravo Three X

Hello,
I have a few questions about BRAVO Three X Seacore drives.
I had an accident with my boat and I‘ve damaged the drives of the boat irreparable. It is impossible to find used BRAVO Three X Seacore drives near to me.
So I would like to ask, does it is possible to use Bravo Three X type drives (without Seacore) instead of my Bravo Three X Seacore (number OW971028)? If the answer is positive, then second question is if it will be bolt on or I will have to change transom or some others drive’s parts?
I’m using my boat in fresh water, so I assume that Seacore system is not necessary, or I’m thinking wrong?
Thank you for your help!

I understand the Seacore is a much more expensive unit and is built to withstand corrosion , I would think the 2 are not just bolt up changeable . Probably needing some other components also changed. . (Just a guess)
