Fresh Water Tank Leak

I have 33 gal. water tank on my 310 EC.  I noticed I have been loosing water out of it into my bilge.  As I looked at the tank there is a quarter sized plug about half way up the tank and the water is trickling out of the seam.  Has anyone else had this and is it easily fixed?????
