Has anyone installed the Blue Sea Systems e-Series battery switch?  Seems like a good setup to me.

The newer boats have that switch. I know that is what is on my 280EC. It makes the battery switch a no brainer... Off-On-Combine Emergency Start

Are you thinking your switch is not working properly?

06Rinker270, yes and no. When my switch is in either 1 or 2 everything still works which confuses me. I am under the impression that if 1 is start then the engine should crank, if 2 then engine should not crank but everything else should work.
This battery switch seems to take out any guesswork on where the switch should be pointing, i.e., 1 or 2. Looks like it will fit into the same hole as the existing one. Blue Sea also has a "Automatic charging relay - 12/24V DC 120A, link for info - https://www.bluesea.com/products/7610/SI-ACR_Automatic_Charging_Relay_-_12_24V_DC_120A

wondering if this takes the place of a battery isolator or in addition to.  Going to call tomorrow and find out.
