Oil Analysis

I finally got around to sending in my oil for analysis about two weeks ago. I got it back today. From what they are stating, it looks pretty good. I am sure the engine guru's on here will hopefully chime in on the report. I will get it done again when I do my oil change in the fall of this year so I can compare the two.

People get so concentrated on hours. All depends how your boat is driven and used. How much did the analysis/report cost you?

It costs $28 plus $10 for the TBN, so $38 total plus shipping, which was $3 and change. I will keep doing it to make sure nothing changes. I will also keep using Merc 25W-40 semi-synthetic oil in the engine.
