Replacing cabin speakers in 2005 300FV

The title says it all. The speakers in the cabin need to be replaced but I see no way to remove them. The front is blocked by that black mesh fabric stuff that hides the speakers. I took the panel/cabinet that houses the speakers down (ripping the bulkhead fabric in the process, grrr) and found no screws on the backside. No pictures at this time.

Anybody tackled this before?

I have no clue what they look like, but usually the wiremesh can be taken out with a thin flathead screw driver and the screws are under that..

I agree with J3ff... usually that black mesh screen presses into the grooves and is held in place by black rubber.

@Captain_Awesome, can you provide a picture? On my 280, I have 8" round black fabric screens hiding the 6 1/2" speakers in the cabin. To get the screens off, you gently tug around the screen. It takes a few minutes, but you can get them off.
