Cuddy door seal replacement

Ok..doing some updates and I'm stumped. I would like to replace the t-foam bulb seal that runs around my cuddy entrance door as it is starting to fall apart where the latches are. For the life of me cannot figure out how to remove/replace the old one...it's like the track is a continuous circle and the frame appears to be one piece. Picture shows the door and seal for reference.
