What makes a "Marine" BBQ a marine BBQ?

Apart from generally a stainless steel construction and a big price tag, is there a different specification or approval process for a "marine" BBQ? I see most designs are a closed bottom to prevent grease dripping down the side of the boat, and stainless construction, but any other differences I should be aware of? Mounting options might be one I cna think of. I like this Kummo/Force 10 model

Not much difference I would think, but I did buy the Kummo one at the Toronto  boat show on sale in the winter. Its a VERY good looking BBQ, looks to be very well constructed. Has the mounting pad on the bottom,with quick release fasteners for the pole which I also bought. I prefer the ease of use, over one with just legs, and its all polished so looks great.

For both stainless BBQ's and the Admiral's stainless appliances I have had really good luck with this product. Cleans and shines and also leaves a protective shine coating, almost like a wax, that makes further clean-ups a breeze.
