Atwood VS Whale Seaward Water Heaters

Good Morning Rinker World! Hello from Thawing Montana.....cleaning and prepping the FV 265 and will be replacing the old Atwood water heater. I see Whale Seaward heaters are less expensive by $25 or so.... any advice on which is a better unit? Thanks you all are so helpful!
