320 cabin cruiser: standing water at step down at the helm leading to water in the cabin helm berth.

Also noticed standing water behind / below the steering column which leaks out into the step down.  Is there a drain to the bilge that I'm missing?

Drain behind the console I believe. Check the scupper holes, I got bees in mine and it clogged them causing the same issue.

There is a drain all the way under the console in the corner. Have to make sure no spiders or bees clogged it. You should have an access port at the step which you can open. I use a bottle cleaner brush in the spring from the hull side before it goes in the water.
