Access to fuel tank Rinker 230 Atlantic 2007.

Hi, We had our boat running on max speed and suddenly engine cut of diesel supply. We found that there were dirt/water in the diesel tank. The question now is were we can access the tank. Is there a hatch for inspection? Or a access were tubes can be put in ? Espen from Norway
