bilege pump operation..

My bilge pump in the rear does not seem to be working when I hit the switch- works off the float however which makes no sense- I can hear the mid ship one running fine- is there a setting on the float for it to operate in this manner or is the pump crapping out?

    Thanks @Alswagg - mid ship runs fine off the switch so can assume the switch works, will look at the connections- there is no setting I assume to run on manual vs automatic? Seems I recall seeing a little adjuster knob or somethin on that flow switch..it is um sure the original Rinker set up....the pump itself runs, maybe I stepped on a wire...
