Clean/polish stains on vinyl windows?

Whats best to use to clean some light stains and water spots from vinyl windows? Cleaned everything with mild soap and soft cloth , but some didn't come off. If I rub hard with my finger, the marks mostly come off. This is a year old top, so windows in good shape, just don't want to damage them. I read quite a few places, that people use pledge??

just be sure to get the clear one.

I'll second Willhound.  303 aerospace is the only thing I use.  It also has UV protectant.

210 is good to polish and remove some minor grime.

303 and Plexus is good to maintain, not to remove grime.

Clear2see is good stuff and easy to use. I however now use 303 which seems to provide better UV protection.

Thanks guys, Used the Imar stuff in a spray bottle, worked great, and got all the marks out.
