cabin interior walls / ceiling...what material is that? Vinyl?

After I removed one of the windows to reseal it...some of the side paneling material around the window got a little beaten up because it was stuck to the window frame.  I'm trying to figure a way to clean it up / repair.  Was thinking one of those liquid vinyl repair kits you can find online.

Thoughts?
