Espacially behind the engine, there is not much spare changing the hose to the cooling water intake. So it takes some time.

I do not like the taste of beer and I do not think whiskey and coke are appropriate in the workshop

I'm with you on that.  I don't drink much beer either, but I do the mix drinks.  I'll have one right when I'm finished with the job!  Although, an ice cold beer on a very hot day can go down pretty smooth at times.
