QX26 Upgrade/Owners

Went to our local Indianapolis boat show and with no intentions traded in the 212 for a QX26! We took delivery of the new boat theee weeks ago and are very excited! Lenco trim tabs are on the way and then it will be ready for its maiden voyage! Can't wait for this Indiana weather to break and get it out! Just wanting to brag a little and see how many other QX26 owners are on here?

Thanks, don't wish to much! The arch actually cost me a 2' taller garage door installation to get the boat in the shop. It has the Merc. 6.2 ECT with a Bravo 3 drive. I'm interested in how much better the Bravo 3 is than our Alpha. The only problem we have ran into (minus the garage door) is finding a Danforth anchor that will fit in the anchor cubby.

Nice boat. You'll notice way better low speed and dock maneuvering with the B 3 that the Alpha. Good looking boat!

The B3 is a dream at docking compared to the A1. My old 232 had an A1 and it was a PITA to back in to a slip. When I got my 280, it has a B3 and it made me look like a pro at docking.

Thanks guys! Finally got the trim tabs installed and wired (not my idea of fun)! As far as the arch folding, you have to remove an access panel and then remove bolts to fold it. So, not really practical for us as the boat may go in and out to the lake several times a week. All the positive comments on the B3 have me excited to try it out! Thanks again for all the compliments!
